Section 74:36:05:42 - Reopening permit for cause by EPA

Within 90 days after EPA notifies the department and permittee that cause exists to terminate, revise, or revoke and reissue a permit, the department shall submit to EPA a proposed determination of termination, revision, or revocation and reissuance.
