Section 74:27:13:21 - Training of personnel

Personnel training shall include information pertaining to standard operating procedures, including waste screening methods, facility monitoring plans, open burning procedures, contingency plan procedures, closure plan contents, and postclosure plan contents. The owner or operator shall provide training to all full-time employees.
