Section 74:27:13:06 - Litter control

A facility shall control the scattering of paper and other refuse through the use of litter fences and periodic cleanup. Type I and IIA facilities shall provide daily litter cleanup. Type IIB, III, and IV facilities shall provide litter cleanup at least weekly.
