Section 74:27:11:05 - Distance to residences, other buildings, roads, and parks

Facilities may not be located within 1,000 feet of an occupied dwelling, school, hospital, interstate or primary highway right-of-way, or public park or recreation area. The location may not pose a potential safety hazard to the public.
