Section 74:21:02:62 - Classification of Class I plants and systems

Plants and systems shall be classified Class I in accordance with §§ 74:21:02:39, 74:21:02:60, and 74:21:02:61 as follows:

(1) Wastewater collection systems and water distribution systems serving a population not over 1,500 persons; and

(2) Wastewater treatment plants and water treatment plants not over 30 points.
