Section 74:21:02:51 - Certificate issued upon fulfillment of requirements

Upon satisfactory fulfillment of the requirements in this chapter and upon recommendation of the board, the secretary shall issue a certificate to the applicant designating the applicant's competence. The certificate shall indicate the class and type of plant or system which the applicant is qualified to operate.
