Section 74:05:11:11.01 - Principal forgiveness as part of assistance agreements

Assistance recipients that meet the minimum established rates may receive principal forgiveness as authorized by the Act in an amount determined by the board. Disadvantaged communities may receive principal forgiveness as authorized by the Act in an amount determined by the board.
