A well driller, based upon the qualifications and experience of the license representative, may be licensed to drill one or more of the following types of water use wells:
(1) To depths no deeper than the greenhorn formation: (a) Private domestic use for 18 gallons per minute or less;(b) Private domestic use for more than 18 gallons per minute;(d) Municipal, rural water system, and other common distribution system use;(h) Special use for monitoring or sampling;(2) To depths deeper than the greenhorn formation:(a) Private domestic use for 18 gallons per minute or less;(b) Private domestic use for more than 18 gallons per minute;(d) Municipal, rural water system, and other common distribution system use;(h) Special use for monitoring or sampling.S.D.
