Section 74:02:01:16 - Inspection reports of construction and application of water to be maintained

The findings of the inspections made pursuant to SDCL 46-5-30 for the completion of construction of works and application of water to beneficial use shall be set forth in a written report, and the report shall be made a part of the water permit or right files maintained by the chief engineer.
