Section 74:02:01:05.01 - Volume of Missouri River water applied to the land

The amount of Missouri River water applied to the land shall be limited to two acre feet per acre annually at the point of field application. However, if the applicant presents data showing that the type of irrigation system to be used or the soil conditions warrant additional water, the board may allow up to three acre feet annually.
