Section 70:07:02:20 - Prior experience requirements

Only work performed by the prospective bidder in the previous five years shall be considered by the committee, unless the bidder demonstrates, to the satisfaction of the committee, that earlier experience is relevant to the bidders work classification and maximum bidding capacity rating.
