If a prospective bidder submits a certification of surety to comply with the financial documentation requirements of 70:07:02:04 or 70:07:02:04.01, then the prospective bidder shall notify the department of the rescission of the certificate or any reduction in the amount of bonding coverage issued by the surety. The prospective bidder shall provide the department with written notice within five days after the prospective bidder receives notice of the rescission or reduction in coverage.
