Section 70:07:02:01 - Classification and rating committee - Membership - Powers and duties

The classification and rating committee consists of four persons from the department selected by the commission. The committee may act for the department on all matters specified in this chapter. The secretary may appoint alternates to serve if committee members are unavailable.
