Section 70:05:01:01 - Terms

Terms defined in SDCL 49-16B-2 have the same meaning when used in this article. In addition, terms used in this article mean:

(1) "Board" the South Dakota State Railroad Board;

(2) "Department" the South Dakota Department of Transportation.
