Section 70:03:01:105 - Annual oversize permit for nondivisible loads

An annual oversize permit may be issued for the movement on state trunk highways of a vehicle that is hauling a nondivisible load that causes the vehicle to exceed the size limits set forth in SDCL chapter 32-22.
