Section 70:02:04:06 - Airports, landing fields and heliports to be located to avoid conflicts and overlaps

All airports, landing fields and heliports shall be so located and spaced one from the other that their flight pattern and approach areas as established or approved by the commission will not in any way conflict or overlap.
