Notwithstanding the provisions of § 70:01:02:00, from July 24, 2015, to August 10, 2015, inclusive, the maximum speed limit is 65 miles per hour on that portion of Interstate Highway 90 beginning at milepost 28.9 and ending at milepost 55.02. This section is repealed on August 11, 2015
