GOED may from time to time conduct inspections of sites and may contact any service provider, vendor, state agency, or political subdivision listed in the application to verify that the contents of the application are or continue to be true and accurate. Each applicant shall provide all requested assistance to an inspector upon reasonable request. If the applicant fails to provide all requested assistance, the GOED may revoke the certification after notice and a hearing conducted pursuant to the provisions of SDCL chapter 1-26.
