Section 67:62:14:05 - Continued eligibility contingent upon qualified mental health professional status

An individual who has completed the required commitment process training shall continue to meet the requirements of a qualified mental health professional, in accordance with SDCL 27A-1-3, in order to remain eligible to perform the examination of a detained person, in accordance with SDCL 27A-10-6.
