Section 67:54:09:15 - Service coordinator to coordinate development of ISP

The participant's service coordinator shall coordinate the development of a written ISP according to § 46:10:07:20. The plan shall contain a description of the services to be furnished, the frequency of the service, and the type of provider who will furnish the needed service.
