Section 67:54:06:21 - Access to records

Within ten days after the Department of Human Services or the Department of Social Services notifies the provider agency, the provider agency must allow the State of South Dakota and federal agencies access to and copies of all information, data, reports, and records maintained by the agency and relating to the services provided.
