Section 67:54:06:11.02 - Ancillary services - Private duty nursing - Limits

Private duty nursing services are limited to nursing services provided under the direction of the consumer's physician that cannot be provided by the consumer's personal attendant because the needed services are beyond the attendant's scope of practice as allowed under SDCL 36-9-28.
