Section 67:54:04:14 - Covered services

Home and community-based services covered and payable under this chapter consist of the following only if they are not otherwise payable under article 67:16:

(1) Day habilitation;

(2) Prevocational services;

(3) Service coordination;

(4) Supported employment;

(5) Medical equipment and drugs;

(6) Nursing; and

(7) Other medically related services such as speech, hearing, and language.
