Section 67:46:02:10 - Prompt action for continuing eligibility

Upon receipt of information which affects continued eligibility for long-term care assistance, a redetermination of eligibility shall be made within 30 days. The recipient may be assisted by an individual of the recipient's choice in the various aspects of the redetermination of eligibility.
