Section 67:44:03:03 - Applicable provisions of article 67:46

The following rules apply to applicants and participants of HOPE waiver services:

(1) Chapter 67:45:01;

(2) Chapter 67:46:01;

(3) Chapter 67:46:02;

(4) Chapter 67:46:03;

(5) Chapter 67:46:04;

(6) Chapter 67:46:05;

(7) Chapter 67:46:07; and

(8) Chapter 67:46:08.
