Section 67:42:15:09 - Treatment team

The facility must establish a treatment team for each child in care. The team must include the following individuals:

(1) The child;

(2) The childs parent or guardian;

(3) Staff from the IRTC, including the childs case manager, counselor or therapist, teacher, and psychiatrist;

(4) The psychologist who completed the psychological evaluation of the child following admission to the facility; and

(5) A staff member from the placing agency.
