Section 67:42:11:06.01 - Diaper changing

Facilities which care for infants must have a diaper changing table with a top which is easily cleanable and nonabsorbent. The table must be cleaned after each use.

Soiled diapers must be kept in a leakproof, nonabsorbent container which is kept covered with a tight-fitting lid.

A hand lavatory is required near the diaper changing area.
