Transferred to Article 46:12, February 13, 1996

The rule-making authority for this article, which was contained in SDCL 27B-2-11, was transferred from the Department of Social Services to the Department of Human Services by SL 1989, ch 21, § 120. With the adoption under that authority of rules for developmental disabilities services in Articles 46:10 and 46:11 by the Department of Human Services, effective February 13, 1996, this article was transferred to Article 46:12 and reprinted.
