Section 67:16:47:10 - Termination of coverage

An individuals care becomes a noncovered service when the certification team determines that one of the following has occurred:

(1) The individual has reached maximum potential in the current setting;

(2) The facility failed to provide the documentation required in § 67:16:47:08; or

(3) The individual is no longer eligible.
