Section 67:16:47:04.05 - Diagnoses recognized for treatment

The diagnoses recognized for treatment under the provisions of this chapter are limited to the following:

(1) Schizophrenia;

(2) Psychotic disorders;

(3) Depressive disorders;

(4) Bipolar disorders;

(5) Anxiety disorders;

(6) Obsessive compulsive and related disorders;

(7) Trauma and stressor related disorders;

(8) Dissociative disorders;

(9) Disruptive and impulse control disorders;

(10) Conduct disorders;

(11) Neurocognitive disorders;

(12) Personality disorders; and

(13) Other conditions not otherwise classified.
