Section 67:16:47:04.01 - State review team

The state review team shall consist of at least one representative from each of the following state agencies:

(1) The Department of Corrections;

(2) The Department of Social Services; and

(3) The Department of Human Services.

The team may also include a representative from the Department of Education if appropriate for the individual in care.
