Section 67:16:37:04.01 - Covered services - Limits

Services covered under this chapter are limited to the following:

(1) Psychological services under § 67:16:37:06;

(2) Physical therapy services;

(3) Occupational therapy services;

(4) Speech therapy services;

(5) Audiology services; and

(6) Nursing services under § 67:16:37:11.
