Section 67:16:29:06.01 - Conditions under which rental equipment no longer covered

Rental equipment is no longer covered when any of the following conditions exist:

(1) The prescription for the equipment is not valid;

(2) The equipment has been returned to the provider; or

(3) The recipient is no longer using the equipment.
