Section 67:16:12:03 - Rate of payment

The department shall make payments according to the applicable provisions of chapters 67:16:01, 67:16:02, 67:16:03, 67:16:05, 67:16:13, 67:16:14, 67:16:28, and 67:16:44 for services provided under this chapter.
