Section 67:16:05:05.03 - Supervisory visit required when home health aide services provided

Supervisory visits when home health aide services are being provided must follow the criteria established in 42 C.F.R. § 484.80(h) (June 19, 2020).

Supervisory visits are considered to be an overhead cost and may not be billed as a home health service.
