Section 67:16:03:06.08 - Payment for above-average, access-critical and above-average, at-risk hospitals

If the Department of Health determines that a hospital is an above-average, access-critical hospital or an above-average, at-risk hospital, reimbursement is the greater of reasonable costs determined under the provisions of § 67:16:03:06.01 or the payment otherwise reimbursable under this chapter.
