Section 67:16:01:27 - Use of Health Care Common Procedure Coding System

The guidelines contained in the Health Care Common Procedure Coding System 2023 Level II apply to claims submitted under the provisions of chapters 67:16:02, 67:16:13, 67:16:28, 67:16:29, 67:16:44, 67:16:46, 67:16:47, 67:16:48, and 67:54:09.
