Section 67:14:32:32 - Reimbursement of home study

The department shall reimburse up to $3,000 for an adoptive home study in accordance with SDCL 25-6-9.1. Within 60 days of completion of the home study, the child placement agency or qualified person completing the home study, shall remit a copy of the home study and an invoice for reimbursement.
