Section 67:12:06:42.02 - Medicaid eligibility when employment terminated - 1115 waiver group

An assistance unit which is ineligible for AFDC under § 67:12:06:42.01 is eligible for Medicaid if, except for the penalty for terminating employment, the assistance unit meets all other AFDC eligibility requirements.
