Section 67:12:06:13 - Rental subsidy considered unearned income - Independent living arrangements

In computing the AFDC grant, an amount up to $150 but not exceeding the assistance unit's average monthly rental subsidy is considered as unearned income when the assistance unit lives in an independent living arrangement and has benefit of a rental subsidy.
