Section 67:10:08:04 - Limit on transitional employment allowance

A parent who has received a transitional employment allowance is ineligible for future transitional employment allowances until the parent has been a nonrecipient of cash payments for 12 consecutive months and again meets the requirements of § 67:10:08:02.
