Section 67:10:07:11 - Two-party payment

If the caretaker relative and the department determine that a two-party payment is necessary, the department shall issue a warrant made payable to both the caretaker relative and the individual or entity which is furnishing or has furnished goods or services on behalf of the assistance unit.
