Section 67:10:06:16 - Work activities - Satisfactory attendance at secondary school or in a course of study leading to a certificate of general equivalence

Participation in secondary school or course of study is a required activity for an unmarried parent who is under the age of 20, is caring for a child who is at least 12 weeks old, and has not obtained a high school diploma or a high school equivalency diploma. The teen parent must maintain satisfactory attendance in accordance with the requirements of the secondary school or course of study.
