Section 67:10:03:15 - Treatment of income from ineligible individual because of an action or inaction on the part of the individual

The income of an individual who, except for the individual's action or inaction would be required to be included in the assistance unit according to § 67:10:01:04, is considered available to meet the needs of the assistance unit.
