Section 67:10:01:18 - Method of determining initial and continuing eligibility

Initial and continuing eligibility for assistance is based on factual statements submitted by the assistance unit. The department shall verify, through personal contacts or home visits, items such as living arrangements, family composition, school enrollment, resources, and income.
