Section 64:13:01:04 - Solid waste facilities - Monthly report required

A municipal solid waste facility required to report pursuant to SDCL 34A-6-81 shall file a monthly report on forms which include the following:

(1) The name and address of the facility;
(2) The person to be contacted in regard to the report;
(3) The signature of the principal of the facility;
(4) The population served by the facility;
(5) Either the actual weight of the material disposed of at the facility, or if actual weight is not available, the number of cubic yards of nonhousehold solid waste;
(6) A computation of the fee due under SDCL 34A-6-81; and
(7) Any other information that permits the department to determine whether the fee is properly computed and reported.
