Section 62:03:05:02 - Selection of normal retirement date - Amendment

A participant may select a normal retirement date. The normal retirement date may not be earlier than the date on which the participant severs the participant's employment. If a participant does not make a selection, the participant's normal retirement date is as defined in SDCL chapter 3-12 C.
