Section 62:01:07:09.02 - Rollover of lump-sum distribution by inactive member

A member who elects to withdraw the member's accumulated contributions pursuant to SDCL 3-12C-602 may transfer a portion or all of the member's account by rollover to another plan which is eligible under § 401, 403(b), 408, 408 A, or 457(b) of the Internal Revenue Code.
