Section 61:08:04:02 - Notice of boiler removal

A boiler removed from a location shall be reported to the chief inspector by the person performing the boiler disconnection. If the boiler has been sold, the name and address of the purchaser shall be sent to the State Fire Marshal's Office within 30 days.
