Section 55:05:08:01 - Circumstances under which results may be disclosed

The commissioner may not disclose the results of a drug screen test without the prior written consent of the applicant or employee unless the disclosure is to the appointing authority who has authority to take disciplinary action against the employee or pursuant to an order of a court of competent jurisdiction.
